How do I care for my cookies?
They are fragile so please treat them with care. Do not refrigerate or leave them in direct sunlight as these both will cause their lovely icing to run.

Why do I have to order my cookies a couple days in advance?
Each cookie is made to order so it's super-fresh for you! Each of the designs have a unique drying time due to different layers of icing & details. It's a tight baking schedule and each day is planned so your cookies arrive exactly when you want them.

I need to cancel a cookie order!
To cancel an order, you must call or email as soon as posible. I can generally cancel orders up to 3 days before their shipping date.

How long will my cookies stay fresh?
Each batch of cookies is made to order with the highest quality ingredients to ensure freshness. If kept sealed, they will stay fresh up to 3 weeks after purchase.

What are your shipping costs?
1 Dozen ... $12.00
1½ Dozen ... $14.00
2 Dozen ... $16.00
2½ Dozen ... $18.00
3 Dozen ... $20.00

Do you ship everyday?
I ship Monday through Friday through USPS, with an order cut-off of 9 a.m. If you'd like an order expedited, please let me know & I'd be happy ship them express. This does cost more, around $35.00 per dozen.

Do you ship internationally?
Of course! I'd love for these cookies to reach anyone you like, anywhere. International shipping does take longer so please contact me in advance.

How will my cookies be packaged?
Each cookie is indiviually wrapped in a clear cello-baggie, and tied with a coordinating ribbon. They are then placed in a lovely PDR gift box with bubble wrap and finished with a bow. The giftbox is wrapped with, yes more bubblewrap, and sealed in a shipping box, ready to arrive at your front door. Snug as a bug!

I'm getting married!
Congratulations! I just love weddings! If you'd like to order cookie from for your special occasion, please feel free to use the online-ordering system. If you feel your order is a bit more complicated, or you'd like to discuss samples, custom wedding design options, or packaging, please write to info@pdrsweets.com.

I'm allergic to nuts!
Most of our sweets do not contain nuts, though they are processed in the same bakery as nuts. The following products definitely do have nuts: Biscotti. To double-check ingredients, please email anytime.

I'm allergic to wheat!
A great gluten-free option is our new Gluten-Free Sugar Cookie recipe. (Please note: all products are processed in the same kitchen as wheat!)

I'm vegan!
All of the PDR products contain dairy &/or eggs, so sorry!
